IT Leadership Program

The IT Leadership Program is designed to help emerging IT leaders develop their business and strategic skills in order to better contribute to their organization’s growth and success.

Today’s technology leaders must be well versed in many business areas in order to maximize their full value.  The program workshops will focus on relevant business topics such as project and people management, budgeting, and creation of an IT strategic plan.  Each workshop is led by an experienced subject matter expert, and will allow IT managers the opportunity to gain more knowledge in each area.
