IT Leadership Program – A unique program that features workshops on Business/IT management topics of interest (such as effective budgeting, managing people and projects, effective prioritization, writing an IT Strategic Plan, etc) AND a monthly One-On-One coaching/mentoring meeting to ensure accountability and follow up on major goals and initiatives.
